There are loads of coaches out there with different messages and ways of working. As a straight talking Coach I keep it pretty simple, are you living your best life possible and if not, what is stopping you?

So often in life we don’t take the time to think about what we are doing and life drives us, instead of us driving it. Working with a great coach helps identify changes that need to be made, sometimes small but incredibly powerful, sometimes bigger. There is always room for improvement, don't allow yourself think there's not.

As a skilled and qualified coach I will work alongside you to enable you to really think about where you are and where you want to be, in life or at work. I will help you move forward in the way that works for you. This is what I do, and what I do best. It isn't as complicated as you might think and with me in your corner, you are very likely to enjoy it.

Everything starts with clarity and that’s where we will begin. You will get a clear picture of who you are and what you need to do to move forward. I will be championing you all the way.

What kind of Coach am I?

A question I am frequently asked is “What kind of a coach are you”?

The assumption is you can either be the “fluffy, self help” life coach who steers clients towards positive affirmations and visualising or you can be the ”hard nosed, profit driven” business coach.

I am neither of those things. I prefer to take a very different approach.

“I’m a Transformational coach, it’s what I am, what I love and what I teach”.

I’m a  straight talking accredited coach using a range of psychological frameworks including Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, Narrative Coaching and deep listening skills.

I work with you, it’s a collaboration, helping you to discover your own solutions to the challenges that are holding you back and helping you think about a clear way forward.

Sometimes the thought of transformation can feel scary – but transformation doesn't always have to be about huge changes (though it can be). Often the most powerful transformation comes from within.

We can unpick and reassess the way that we think, what we do, how we do it and why we do it. We can shift our thoughts, challenge our limiting beliefs, and focus on our strengths.  We can create changes that enable us to flourish in life or business. We can drive life instead of it driving us.

I absolutely know this to be true. This is what happens with the people I work with.

You might feel unclear about the direction your life is going in, or you feel there is something missing, there is something else or something better for you, or you’re just ready to play bigger.  It’s my job as a coach to help you work out what that something is and then work with you to get there.

I will help you to explore and improve yourself, to stop playing small and to rise above your doubts and the beliefs that you hold which limit you. These changes within will help you create the changes that you want in life or business.

Again, I absolutely know this to be true.

So, if you feel like you are

·       Not fulfilling your potential

·       “Playing small”

·       Feeling bogged down by life and too many roles

·       Losing sight of who you are

·       Wanting change but don’t necessarily know what that is.

·       Wanting to take things to the next level

Then we need to talk.

I will help you to

·       Get clarity on who you are and what you want.

·       Feel more empowered to create change

·       Reduce overwhelm

·       Locate a clearer path going forward

·       Design and follow a clear plan for your business or life that aligns to who you are.

·       Create change

Let’s talk
